Alexander Fregoso

Alexander, known to his friends as FRE, was the beloved son of Raul and Ana Fregoso and the younger brother of Raul and Maria Fregoso. He passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2022, in the comfort of his home.

He was the light of our family's lives and the glue that held us together. Alex was a man of his word, and he never said no when it came to making sure everyone was taken care of. He was kindhearted, respectful, determined, and the most loving to everyone.

He enjoyed playing video games, hanging out with his friends, and staying active in the gym, and he never missed a Sunday dinner with the family.

He touched so many lives in his short time here, and we will forever cherish him.

Alexander died from heart disease caused by high blood pressure that our family never knew he had.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, which is why it is called a “silent killer.” It can affect young adults, not only older people. The only way to know your blood pressure is to have it checked.

According to the American Heart Association, normal blood pressure is less than 120/80 mm Hg.

If you have not had your blood pressure checked recently, please consider doing it, and encourage the people you love to do the same. It is quick, simple, and it could save a life.
